Delivering CQC Audits
6-Facet Surveys

6-Facet Surveys

Landrock Phillips has a detailed knowledge of the preparation of 6-facet surveys. These surveys include the inspection and reporting on the physical condition of the premises including fabric, mechanical, and electrical services; the completion of a statutory compliance audit; a space utilisation audit; and a review of existing accommodation for functional suitability. This would include infection control measures and compliance with the relevant health technical memorandum or health building notes; a quality audit; and an environmental management audit. Our survey report will include recommendations for any necessary remedial work and, if you require, budget costs may also be provided.

CQC Audits

The essential standards which the Care Quality Commission (CQC) use to check providers compliance are the 16 regulations which are detailed within Part 4 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities). Through our detailed knowledge of healthcare design, we are able to advise clients on their level of compliance with these regulations where applicable to the building environment. Our services include the inspection of existing buildings and facilities, a desktop review of proposed buildings and their technical specification, and advising on property-specific policies and procedures required for compliance with the following regulations:

- Regulation 10 – Assessing and Monitoring the Quality of Service Provision

- Regulation 12 – Cleanliness and Infection Control

- Regulation 15 – Safety and Suitability of Premises
