Contract Administration

Linked closely with our contract administration role, we prepare valuations, issue certificates for completed works for stage payments, negotiate a final account, and ultimately issue the final certificate. Pre-contract, we also advise on the proposed costs of any works by the preparation of feasibility studies and budget cost estimates.

Design and Build contracts afford clients certain advantages over traditional contracting methods in certain situations.
